Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

We ship worldwide. 

 

Orders will be shipped to the address listed in your purchase. Please make sure the correct address is provided. We are not able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. 

 

Our shipping pricing is based on 2kg of total parcel weight. If parcel exceeds standard weight additional fees may be applied. Free postal service shipping is applied to all orders over €500. 

 

Postal service shipping takes 10-25 working days and includes tracking and items are sent as priority registered airmail. Express shipping takes 2-3 working days and includes tracking. Delivery time is calculated from the day the package is sent from our warehouse. Please note, some deliveries overseas might be delayed by the customs or other reasons that Manon Mondan cannot take the responsibility of. 

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability.You will receive an email notification when the order has been completed and is ready to be shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Manon Mondan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
